Deposit
An equivalent of one term’s tuition fee is required as deposit (refer to the table below). For a refund of deposit, a full three (3) months written notice of withdrawal is required prior to the end of the term from which the child will be withdrawn, failing which the deposit paid shall be forfeited. The said notice must be received and acknowledged by the Admissions Officers. Please refer to the terms and conditions as stated on the Application for Admissions form.

  • Prep Class to Year 11 fees are invoiced termly and must be paid on or before the first day of each term.
  • *Year 12 total tuition fees are invoiced over 3 times before the beginning of Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3.
  • Please pay the fees before or on the first day of term to avoid late payment surcharge.
  • All fees must be paid in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and by way of a crossed cheque or bank draft in the name of AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD.
  • Tuition fees paid are not refundable once the term starts.
  • Cost of text book hire, exam fees and a basic stationery pack are included in the tuition fee except for the cost of uniform.
  • Year Book cost of RM110.00 is compulsory per family and payable in Term 4.
  • ESL Fee of RM975.00 per term is chargeable to those students requiring ESL support.
  • All fees are subject to annual review and the Australian International School Malaysia reserves the right to revise terms and conditions on an annual basis.
