The Chinese New Year Assembly

The Chinese New Year Assembly was  beautiful. There were vocal performances. One of them was from our school vocal teacher Ms Lee Jen
Nee and the other was a choir performance from Year 2 to Year 5. I was very happy to have a chance to take part in the presentation of the 12 animals in the Chinese zodiacs. The masks for all the animals were colorful and attractive.
Everyone enjoyed the assembly finale which was the Lion Dance. It was a fantastic show. Yu Hua Chinese School of Kajang was kind enough to come and perform the lion dance for us, I could hear wows, ohs, and aahs from where I was sitting! It was a wonderful assembly. I am sure a lot of us enjoyed it. I know I did! Savita Nanda,Year 7G

After making friends with the admirers in the Breezeway, the lions capped the visit with the traditional

visit to the Office, ensuring good things for 2007!
