Jason has been teaching for the past 20 years in the UK, Canada and regional NSW. For the past 15 years, he has been based on the NSW Central Coast teaching at Tuggerah Lakes Secondary College. His leadership experience includes Campus and College Head of Sport, and for the past 8 years, Head of Department PDHPE. His teaching philosophy is that all students are unique with different strengths in different areas, and through hard work and perseverance, will achieve their life goals. Jason loves sport and is particularly passionate about cycling, alpine skiing and golf.

With 12 years experience as a Swim Coach, Ivan was previously a Chief Trainer at a local swimming academy in Kuala Lumpur. He is also a Level 2 Certified Coach with Fédération internationale de natation (FINA), the international federation recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for administering international competition in water sports. Furthermore, Ivan is also recognised by the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) as a Certified Level 2 Coach. At AISM, Ivan conducts daily training for the School's experienced team of swimmers, known as The Barracudas, and is also in charge of the coordination of triathlon events for our students, who compete against several other international schools in the region.
He believes every sportsman or sportswoman can be a champion through hard work and determination.

Prior to joining AISM, Dale was Head of Junior Sport, Health & Physical Education for 18 years at Ipswich Girls' Grammar school in Queensland. She has also worked in the public and private education sectors in Brisbane, throughout London and completed a volunteer teaching placement in Peru. Alongside her teaching, Dale has worked in high performance sport with roles at the Queensland Academy of Sport and Brisbane Roar FC in athlete welfare and development.
Dale's personal teaching philosophy is 'Non Scholae Sed Vitae Discimus' - we learn not for school but for life, and she firmly believes in assisting students to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
Kylie has been playing tennis for almost 35 years. She is a current member of the USPTA (United States Professional Tennis Association) as a Professional Level 1, the highest level of professional coach. Kylie has held numerous tennis coaching positions including Head Coach for Varsity Boys at Harborsfield and Senior Coach at Point of Pines Camp for Girls (New York State).
Ray is the Referee for the Australian Junior Championship and has coaching experience in volleyball for New South Wales U17 and U15 Boys and Girls teams.
