Eryn is an experienced HOD and a specialist Music Teacher. She has worked in NSW and QLD before moving to the UK in 2010 to teach. Having developed orchestras, Bands and String Ensembles, Eryn is an accomplished conductor and director. She enjoys all types of music and working across all age ranges. Eryn has enjoyed great success with her students in the HSC as well as extra curricular music.


Eryn has enjoyed working in various leadership roles and developing successful Creative Arts Teams.


Mr Greg Thwaites
Music Teacher and Year 11 Home Room Teacher

Greg has played brass instruments since the age of 7 in many wind ensembles and Orchestras throughout NSW. He is a multi instrumentalist who plays and accompanies his HSC students on Trombone, Euphonium, Piano, Ukulele, Guitar, Bass, Percussion and Drum kit as needed.


Greg has 25 years experience as a band director, music, drama and ICT teacher. In 2008 he was appointed as the Head Teacher of the Fairvale High School Performing Arts and Languages faculty located in South West Sydney. Greg has been teaching the NSW HSC Music course since 1999 and comes to us with 11 years experience working for NESA marking and pilot marking the HSC Music 1 and 2 courses. He was also employed as a Method Lecturer at UNSW educating and supporting pre-service music teachers. 


In 2017 Greg received the Australian Society for Music Education (ASME) Australian national ‘Music Educating for Life Award’ for his continuing positive contribution to Music education in NSW. 


Mr Anthony Gredig

Anthony was born and raised in Australia before moving to New Zealand at age 10. He returned to Australia to complete his Bachelor of Education at Avondale College - NSW. Anthony has had a variety of teaching roles that have covered all Primary levels, but has spent the majority of his career teaching in Stage 1; most recently in a Team leader role.


Anthony absolute loves teaching and enjoys working alongside teachers from Australia and New Zealand, aligning with whoever wins the Rugby! He enjoys music and loves being at the piano for singing, and performing. He enjoys being active by way of running, swimming and gyming.


Ms Samantha Lindsay

Samantha has spent the last year teaching Drama at Bankstown Girls High School in NSW where she also owned and ran her own drama school. Samantha is looking forward to sharing her passion for drama and helping shape successful and creative learners.

Anna is from Perth,Western Australia. She has worked in the state education system for seven years in both rural and city schools. She has been at AISM for a number of years and has taught Mathematics, Science and Photography in the middle senior school. In 2017 she completed her masters in inclusive education, she found returning to study to be revitalizing and an opportunity to reflect on and hone her practice. She enjoys exploring the world looking for new culinary and photographic opportunities.
