With the school year underway and parents and students adjusting to the new routine, I thought it was timely that we look at the benefits of establishing a good study routine early on for our students, so that there is a strong foundation on which to build as the year progresses and the work demands increase. Establishing such a routine is also a way of minimising one’s stress levels and maximising one’s learning potential and opportunities. This applies to students across all the year levels in the Middle and Senior School.

Over the course of the year, I will be running a number of parent information sessions on a range of topics relating to raising teenagers. Here is the list of sessions and dates planned for the first semester:
